Graduating from Stellenbosch University as a Dermatologist, Dr Ean Smit attended the Department of Dermatology at Baylor University Medical Centre in Dallas, Texas.
Continuously remaining ahead of the curve, he encountered further training in Cutaneous Laser Surgery at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute and the South Western Medical Center in Dallas as well as at the Scripps Laser Centre in La Jolla, California and Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr Smit is a Director and co-founder of the Cape Town Cosmetic Dermatology Centre in Cape Town and a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and remains a frequent and conscientious lecturer in Laser Surgery.

Dr Marius Hannah has recently joined the CDC team as we continuously have the need for patients with clinical dermatology concerns to be treated.

Dr Marius has 28 years of experience in Dermatology and will be available at CDC for consultations and procedures twice a month.
