By purchasing and using the Black Friday voucher, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Black Friday voucher special is open to all individuals aged 18 and above.
2. Voucher Purchase
Vouchers can be purchased during the Black Friday promotion period which will be on the 24th of November 2023 at approximately 05h00am to 23h00pm. There will be no extension of this period, thus if you miss your opportunity you will have to wait for the next promotion in 2024.
Vouchers must be purchased through our official website.
The voucher amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Voucher Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed for any treatments, doctor’s procedures, or products offered by CDC, one year from the date of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.
4. Treatment and Product Availability
All treatments, doctor’s procedures, and products are subject to availability.
CDC reserves the right to add, modify, or remove treatments, procedures, or products from the available options.
5. Voucher Expiry
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
After the expiry date, the voucher will be null and void, and no extensions will be granted.
6. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability.
It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to schedule appointments in advance.
Missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of voucher credit for that appointment.
7. Refund Policy
The voucher amount is non-refundable.
In the event that CDC is unable to fulfill the voucher due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be made at the discretion of CDC.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
CDC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
